Les pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s obstruent les trous d&rsquo;amortissement et les orifices des vannes \u00e0 fente, ce qui bloque la vanne de pression et l&#8217;emp\u00eache de fonctionner, et le pipeline m\u00e9tallique est \u00e9tir\u00e9 et pli\u00e9, voire cass\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:57px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La qualit\u00e9 de fonctionnement des composants se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore<\/h4>\n\n<p id=\"u560fb11b\">L&rsquo;augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature de la machine de moulage par injection entra\u00eene une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la qualit\u00e9 des composants, et l&rsquo;air dissous dans l&rsquo;huile s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe, cr\u00e9ant des poches d&rsquo;air qui r\u00e9duisent les performances du syst\u00e8me hydraulique.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:57px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"u1165cfa8\">La temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement id\u00e9ale du syst\u00e8me hydraulique doit se situer entre 45 et 50 degr\u00e9s, car le syst\u00e8me hydraulique est con\u00e7u en fonction d&rsquo;une viscosit\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile sous pression s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e. Cependant, la viscosit\u00e9 change en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;huile, ce qui affecte les composants du syst\u00e8me, tels que les cylindres et les valves hydrauliques. Il est facile de r\u00e9duire la pr\u00e9cision du contr\u00f4le et la sensibilit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ponse, en particulier pour les machines d&rsquo;injection de pr\u00e9cision. Par ailleurs, une temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le vieillissement du joint, qui durcit et se brise.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:57px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"u411ddd36\">Si la temp\u00e9rature est trop basse, la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de traitement est importante et la vitesse de fonctionnement est r\u00e9duite. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de l&rsquo;huile hydraulique.
