Certains additifs pr\u00e9sents dans les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res plastiques se volatilisent ou produisent des gaz par r\u00e9action chimique mutuelle. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:66px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"u06c832ae\">Dans le m\u00eame temps, il convient de trouver le plus rapidement possible la cause de l&rsquo;irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des gaz d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement. Au cours du <a href=\"https:\/\/bfymold.com\/fr\/what-is-the-injection-molding-process\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2473\">processus de moulage par injection<\/a>, la mati\u00e8re fondue remplace le gaz dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule. Si le gaz n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9vacu\u00e9 \u00e0 temps, le remplissage de la mati\u00e8re fondue sera difficile, ce qui entra\u00eenera une quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;injection insuffisante et l&rsquo;impossibilit\u00e9 de remplir la cavit\u00e9 du moule.  <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"u99c1ad8a\">b. Le gaz exclu formera une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans la cavit\u00e9 et p\u00e9n\u00e9trera \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du plastique \u00e0 un certain degr\u00e9 de compression, ce qui entra\u00eenera des d\u00e9fauts de qualit\u00e9 tels que des trous, des pores, des tissus minces et des lignes d&rsquo;argent. <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"ud463499d\">c. Le gaz \u00e9tant fortement comprim\u00e9, la temp\u00e9rature dans la cavit\u00e9 augmente fortement, ce qui entra\u00eene la d\u00e9composition et la combustion de la mati\u00e8re fondue environnante, faisant appara\u00eetre une carbonisation et une combustion locales des pi\u00e8ces en plastique. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne appara\u00eet principalement \u00e0 la confluence des deux mati\u00e8res fondues et \u00e0 la bride de la porte.  <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"u37b3e801\">d. L&rsquo;exclusion des gaz n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, de sorte que la vitesse de fusion dans chaque cavit\u00e9 est diff\u00e9rente, ce qui facilite la formation de marques d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement et de fusion et r\u00e9duit les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques des pi\u00e8ces en plastique. <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"u76c22a02\">e.
