Ana a\u015famalar aras\u0131nda plastik peletlerin eritilmesi, erimi\u015f plasti\u011fin kal\u0131ba enjekte edilmesi, plasti\u011fin kal\u0131p i\u00e7inde so\u011futulmas\u0131 ve kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve son olarak bitmi\u015f par\u00e7an\u0131n d\u0131\u015far\u0131 at\u0131lmas\u0131 yer al\u0131r. PC i\u00e7in bu s\u0131cakl\u0131k, kullan\u0131lan \u00f6zel kalite ve katk\u0131 maddelerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak tipik olarak 250\u00b0C ile 320\u00b0C aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir. Ama\u00e7, kal\u0131ba kolayca akabilen homojen bir erimi\u015f polimer elde etmektir. S\u0131cakl\u0131k \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse, plastik homojen bir \u015fekilde erimeyecek ve eksik doluma, y\u00fczey kusurlar\u0131na ve zay\u0131f mekanik \u00f6zelliklere yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r. Polikarbonat i\u00e7in kal\u0131p s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tipik olarak 80\u00b0C ila 120\u00b0C aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir. Do\u011fru kal\u0131p s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, plasti\u011fin kal\u0131p bo\u015flu\u011funu dolduracak kadar uzun s\u00fcre ak\u0131\u015fkan kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak k\u0131sa at\u0131\u015flar veya kaynak \u00e7izgileri gibi kusurlar\u0131 \u00f6nler. Tutarl\u0131 bir enjeksiyon s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131, kal\u0131p bo\u015flu\u011funun d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir \u015fekilde akmas\u0131n\u0131 ve doldurulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Polikarbonat i\u00e7in bu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n belirtilen aral\u0131kta (tipik olarak 250\u00b0C ila 320\u00b0C) tutulmas\u0131, optimum viskozite ve ak\u0131\u015f \u00f6zelliklerinin elde edilmesi i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Enjeksiyon s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimler, kal\u0131planan par\u00e7ada kal\u0131nl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimleri, y\u00fczey kusurlar\u0131 ve mukavemet azalmas\u0131 gibi tutars\u0131zl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7abilir.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:73px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"gkH2R\">So\u011futma S\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/h3>\n\n<p id=\"u1bd3c2c6\">Erimi\u015f PC kal\u0131p bo\u015flu\u011funu doldurduktan sonra, f\u0131rlat\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce so\u011futulmal\u0131 ve kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. So\u011futma i\u015flemi, \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 emmek i\u00e7in bir so\u011futucunun (genellikle su) dola\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kal\u0131p i\u00e7indeki so\u011futma kanallar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kontrol edilir. Bu a\u015famada so\u011futma h\u0131z\u0131 ve s\u0131cakl\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n homojenli\u011fi kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. H\u0131zl\u0131 so\u011futma diferansiyel b\u00fcz\u00fclmeye, e\u011frilmeye ve art\u0131k gerilmelere yol a\u00e7abilirken, yetersiz so\u011futma eksik kat\u0131la\u015fmaya ve \u00e7\u0131karma s\u0131ras\u0131nda par\u00e7an\u0131n deformasyonuna neden olabilir.
