PLA olduk\u00e7a higroskopiktir. Hafif nem i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile i\u015flendi\u011finde hidrolize u\u011frar ve molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k bozulmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Bu durum, ciddi k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131k, yay\u0131lma izleri (g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f \u00e7izgiler) ve zay\u0131f mekanik \u00f6zellikler olarak kendini g\u00f6sterir. Enjeksiyon kal\u0131b\u0131n\u0131n tasar\u0131m\u0131, PLA&#8217;n\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131nda bulunan k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015fmak i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. BFY \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc: Polimeri bozabilecek kesme gerilimini en aza indirmek i\u00e7in stratejik giri\u015f yeri ve boyutlar\u0131 ile kal\u0131plar tasarl\u0131yoruz. Kal\u0131p tasar\u0131m\u0131nda t\u00fcm k\u00f6\u015felere geni\u015f yar\u0131\u00e7aplar ve yuvarlatmalar (minimum 1,0 mm) ekleyerek, nihai par\u00e7ada ar\u0131za noktalar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek gerilme yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k gerektiren bile\u015fenler i\u00e7in, canl\u0131 mente\u015feler tasarl\u0131yor ve PLA&#8217;n\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 de\u011fil, sertli\u011fine uygun snap-fit \u00f6zellikleri ekliyoruz.    <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"HusV8\">PLA ile \u00dcretilebilirlik Tasar\u0131m\u0131 (DFM): \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fine Dayal\u0131 Bir S\u00fcre\u00e7<\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"u78dedd04\">BFY Mold olarak, m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin PLA \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin hem i\u015flevsellik hem de \u00fcretilebilirlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tasarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in erken a\u015famada DFM i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131yoruz.
