A clear specification helps us review the manufacturing route and prepare a useful quote.
What information do I need for a quote?
Send a 3D model and drawing when available, material or performance requirements, quantities, color, finish and critical dimensions. Put CAD files in a ZIP archive for the website upload.
Do you offer both mold making and injection molding?
Yes. We connect mold design, tool manufacturing, mold trials and plastic part production. The scope, review milestones and approval requirements are agreed for each project.
What injection molding equipment do you have?
Our current equipment consists of 11 injection molding machines with a 150–500T clamping force range. Each part and mold still require a compatibility review.
Can you support smaller production runs?
We review low-volume projects and repeat production. The practical approach depends on geometry, resin, tooling investment and expected demand.
How is the manufacturing schedule confirmed?
The schedule depends on design readiness, tooling complexity, material, sample approval, finishing and quantity. We confirm milestones after reviewing the requirements.
