Injection Molding for Packaging & Containers

Custom molding for caps, closures and container components, with attention to the mating thread, fit and opening action.

Injection-molded flip-top and threaded caps with plastic containers and a dispensing pump

Components We Can Review

Reusable containers, closures, dispensing parts and protective packaging components. Review sealing, opening force, wall thickness and the intended contents.

Design for Assembly and Repeat Production

Review closure interfaces, flow length, gate positions, sealing surfaces and ejection. Food-contact or other regulated uses require an appropriate grade and separate application validation.

Material Options and Typical Uses

PP / PELids, trays and everyday functional partsStiffness, hinge behavior, shrinkage and service conditions
ABS / PC-ABSHousings and cosmetic coversImpact, heat, cleaning agents and surface finish

Typical uses are examples for project discussion. The selected resin grade and finished assembly must be checked against the applicable requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which information is needed for a quote?

A drawing or model, intended use, quantities and material requirements are the starting point. We clarify missing information before confirming the scope and price.

Can you help compare materials?

Yes. Candidate resin families can be reviewed against the application, but the exact grade and any performance tests must be agreed for the finished part.

Can you work from a sample or a photograph?

A sample or photograph can support an initial discussion. Dimensions, tolerances, material and design rights still need to be established before tooling is confirmed.

How are lead time and production quantity confirmed?

Timing and quantities depend on the drawing, tooling approach, material availability and inspection scope. They are confirmed in the project quotation rather than assumed from a generic promise.
